Fixture: The Barrowford Show CANCELLED
The Barrowford Show scheduled for Sunday 24th August, 2008 has been cancelled. The 86th annual event was called off at the last minute by organisers after weeks of rain made the site unusable. MKB would like to apologise to any potential kickers. Hopefully we can return next year, if the weather holds up. Read more.
Essex Police Interceptors
MKB was taken in to custody by Channel Five's 'Police Interceptors' this week. The team, specialists in advanced pursuit management, drive souped up Subaru's and Evo's and use cutting ANPR (auto number plate recognition) technolgy. At approximately 15.00 hrs GMT yesterday, MKB was stopped in the street by PC Grant Snow and taken back to Stanway Police Station. It was later reported that the Ball has been given "a good old fashioned kicking". Read more.
